Why we built it
Video sells property. Listings with video earn more attention on the portals, win more vendor confidence at valuation, and give a branch something worth posting. Yet most listings still launch with photos alone — because filming every property is slow and expensive, and a cheap automated slideshow does an agent's brand more harm than good.
“Agents already have the raw material for a great property video. They shouldn't need a film crew to make one.”James Dunn — Founder, Listingly
Listingly exists to close that gap: video good enough to put an agency's name on, produced automatically from the photos a listing already has, at a price that makes video on every listing a sensible default rather than a special occasion.
How we work
Paste a listing link or upload photos; the finished video arrives as a shareable link. Nothing to install, no site visit.
Your logo, accent colour and contact details appear throughout — and once paid for, the video is yours to use anywhere, indefinitely.
hello@listingly.app is read by a human, with replies typically within two business days.
You check every video before it's published — price, address and particulars stay your call, as they should.
Who's behind it
Listingly was founded by James Dunn and is based in Kent, England. It was built close to the industry it serves — starting with agents in Kent and the South East — with a simple standard: if a video wouldn't make a vendor look twice, it doesn't ship.
